Mind you, only tires. Falkens ZE912's...245/45/17...and then after I started my car (in lot) I checked over the paperwork; "low oil and low coolant". Okay, I have extra oil. Look at the oil pressure...wow its very low (around 10). Turn the car off and it sounds very weird. Hmmm....pop hood. I open it to be greeted with an oil cap (center of plenum) and oil all over passenger bank (hoses, connectors, etc). WTF! So I go in and ask the sales associate to come outside and check this out, and "Oh, I'm sorry, I'll get someone to clean this up right now, I can't believe this happend. It rarely happens." So the kid is cleaning it up half-assed and I tell him to get me gloves. I told them I don't care about the missing oil and I have lots but really? What kind of discount can I get? Not only the inconvenience but I also just cleaned up the engine bay! Talking to the manager tomorrow about everything...but what if something malfunctions in direct correlation with this "mistake." I am going to tell him to give me paperwork regarding the issue "for my insurance company" and hope for the best? Any thoughts on this guys? Made them match the price prior to agreeing with the tires so I saved there and the guy was already mad but really?
